The Vietnam National University in Hanoi was the first university we discussed, and the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology is also known as the Vietnam National University. Because their names were so close, the VNU had to add Hanoi to the end of their name, while the BK had to change theirs to the Ho Chi Minh University of Technology.
