Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarships for Women in Africa, Europe, and the Middle East

In keeping with Dr. Anita Borg’s objective, a scholarship was established to encourage science and technology among women. The Google Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa promotes Anita’s ideals and aims to bring students from all around the world together to confront technical issues that affect gender equality. The scholarship covers the entire school year and is worth £7,000.

REQUIREMENTS

Applicants must be female students currently enrolled at a university, enrolled full-time in a Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. program at a university in Europe, the Middle East, or Africa, studying Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Informatics, and possessing excellent grades.
