Mountain Top University expects all fresh students to pay the token of N30,000 in appreciation of the acceptance fee issued to them alongside the admission letter before the stipulated expiring date. The acceptance fee symbolizes your acceptance into the university so if not paid before the stipulated date might revoke the admission. Late payment of fees will attract extra charges to the school rules.
Mountain Top University fees can be paid in full by students or parents concerned about resumption. Parents and Guardians who can not pay at once are gracefully given the opportunity to make the payments in two installments of 60% and 40%. The First Installment is paid on resumption to the first semester while the second installment should be paid on resumption to the second Semester.

New Student
- Visit the Mountain Top University Portal (mtu.edu.ng)
- Click the “MTU Admissions” link under the Students Menu.
- Then, Click Undergraduate and read the instructions therein.
- Click the Undergraduate Login Button at the bottom of the page, then enter your Application Number and surname as passwords in lowercase.
- Click “Update Biodata” to update your data.
- Click “View Pay Advice”.
- Print the Payment Advice and click on “Pay online now” to pay all the fees online.
- After payment, return to the Mountain Top University Portal, Click “Print receipt” to generate your receipt and complete your Course Registration.
Returning Students:
- Visit the Mountain Top University Portal (mtu.edu.ng)
- Click the “MTU Admissions” link under the Students Menu.

- Click the Undergraduate Login Button at the bottom of the page, then enter your Matriculation Number and password in lowercase.
- Click “View Pay Advice”.
- Print the Payment Advice and click on “Pay online now” to pay all the fees online.
- After payment, return to the Mountain Top University Portal, Click “Print receipt” to generate your receipt and complete your Course Registration.
