The universities in Djibouti are listed below. The University of Djibouti offers degrees in the humanities, law, and sciences and is responsible for providing higher education in Djibouti.

Teachers are trained at the Centre de Formation des Personnel de l’Education Nationale, and students with internet connections can take courses via distance learning through a partnership with the University of Dijon.

Euclid University

University of Djibouti

In Djibouti City, the nation’s capital, there is a public institution called the University of Djibouti.

On January 7, 2006, a decree founded the University of Djibouti. It evolved from the Djiboutian University Center.

The university has 2,500 students in 2008. In 2015, there are more than 7000 students enrolled.
