In-Region Scholarship at the National University of San Juan in Argentina
In-Region Scholarship is funded by the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development, the in-region scholarship is given to students from selected Latina American and Caribbean countries.
The foundation will award four slots each for the Master’s and Ph.D. programs. This scholarship is open to those who wish to pursue any of the following programs at the National University of San Juan: MS/Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a Ph.D. in Electronic Control Systems.
Benefits
The accepted scholars will receive a monthly allowance (towards food & accommodations), study & research, printing, in-region travel, and insurance. A family allowance will be given to the scholar’s accompanying kin as well. In all, this is a fully funded scholarship for the scholars.
Eligibility and Application
To apply for the Argentina scholarship, students must submit the needed documents to the DAAD portal which is include certified university transcripts, a curriculum vitae, an admission letter, and three recommendation letters. Applicants also need to provide a letter of motivation and a photocopy of their passport.

Additional Information for the Ph.D. applicants
All Ph.D. students need to submit an acceptance letter from a supervisor, a research abstract, and a detailed research proposal.
