Thanks to the generosity of donors, the Division of Student Affairs, and the Office of Disability Services for Students, Indiana University Bloomington offers a number of scholarships specifically for students with disabilities.
Benefits
Each Scholarship award varies. So there is no specific amount.
General Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to apply for one of these scholarships, you must be a full-time student at IU Bloomington and be registered with the Office of Disability Services for Students. For the purposes of these scholarships, full-time status is defined as a minimum of:
9 credit hours per semester for undergraduate students
8 credit hours per semester for graduate students
6 credit hours per term for Kelley Direct Online MBA students
The credit hour requirements must be met with IU Bloomington coursework. Failure to meet the credit hour requirements will result in the forfeiture of awarded scholarships.
For scholarships that give preference to students with demonstrated financial need, the applicant’s expected family contribution (as reported on the applicant’s FAFSA Student Aid Report) will be considered as a determining factor after all other criteria have been met.
Applicant must be an In-state Out-of-state or International student.
