The Niger State Government has created an opportunity for its indigene with financial limitations to follow their academic dream as part of the state efforts to show the importance of education to its indigene. Application is totally free and all local governments can apply.
The student in the following institutions are eligible: Federal University of Technology, Federal Polytechnic Bida, Niger State Polytechnic, Federal College of Education Kontagora, Niger State College of Education.
