Namibia University of Science and Technology, Windhoek

A public institution in Namibia’s capital city of Windhoek is called the Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), originally known as the Polytechnic of Namibia. Its vice-chancellor in interim status is Andrew Niikondo.

Tjama Tjivikua, the original vice-chancellor of NUST, served as its leader until March 2019. After serving on an interim basis for two months, Erold Naomab was named vice chancellor in January 2021. Peter Katjavivi is the university’s chancellor, a purely ceremonial position.
