International Cultural Service Program (ICSP) Tuition Scholarships at Oregon University 2022

Only international students with a minimum GPA of 3.5 are eligible for the ICSP program.

Each scholarship applicant receives $9,000 to $35,000 every academic year from ICSP toward their tuition at the University of Oregon, for up to 12 academic terms.

To present/introduce their cultures to the local population, ICSPers volunteer for 80 hours (undergraduate students) or 66 hours (graduate students) in community service.

For students who satisfy all program requirements, ICSP scholarships are renewed every year.

To be eligible for the ICSP Program, you must submit this application, the ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application (available under “My Applications”), and your reference by the scholarship deadline.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be full students of the University of Oregon. By January 15, 2023, new students must apply for admission to the University of Oregon for Fall 2022. To apply for admission click here https://financialaid.uoregon.edu/scholarships#apply
• Applicants must not be citizens of the United States, permanent residents of the United States, or be eligible for government financial assistance in the United States.
• Applicants must demonstrate financial need and have a cumulative GPA of at least 3.5.

How to Apply

Current UO Students

• Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard https://financialaid.uoregon.edu/scholarships#apply

• and submit the ICSP Scholarship Application, the ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, and the General Application.

• By 4 p.m. on February 18, 2023, all applications and reference letters must be submitted (PST).
• Incoming freshmen and transfer students, as well as new graduates and post-baccalaureate students, are all eligible to apply.

• YOUR FIRST STEP: You must apply for admission to the University of Oregon https://admissions.uoregon.edu/apply

before you can apply for scholarships.

• Keep an eye out for an invitation to the UO Scholarship Dashboard in your inbox. This occurs within a week after submitting your admissions application.

• Log in to the UO Scholarship Dashboard https://financialaid.uoregon.edu/scholarships#apply and submit the ICSP Scholarship Application, the ISSS Endowed Scholarships Application, and the General Application. Before this phase, you must apply for admission.

By 4 p.m. on February 18, 2022, all applications and reference letters must be submitted (PST).
