The School of Nursing sets aside a limited amount of merit-based funds for students who demonstrate strong academic ability, leadership skills, outstanding community service, and other personal strengths and accomplishments.

These merit awards are granted for achievement, not financial need. With the exception of the Fuld Fellowship in Patient Care Quality and Safety, there is no separate application to apply for a scholarship.

Each student is considered upon applying for admission. Scholarships range from $7,500 to full tuition and are awarded to students who are admitted and enrolling full-time in an MSN or DNP program.

Students who are awarded a scholarship must be enrolled full-time and remain a student in good standing to receive the scholarship.

The amount awarded will be equally divided over the program: a portion will be applied to the student’s financial aid award each semester he/she is enrolled full time. Examples of scholarships offered by the School of Nursing are included below.
