Regardless of country, all admitted students are considered for academic/merit scholarships if they are eligible. In general, scholarship recipients have strong academic qualifications and demonstrate great leadership abilities.
Most merit-based scholarships do not require a financial assistance application. If merit award candidates believe they will need financial aid in addition to their merit award, we strongly encourage them to complete the documents required for need-based aid.
Merit award recipients who apply for need-based financial aid will be considered for any need-based aid that they qualify for beyond the merit award amount.
