The admission form for the University of Maiduguri Teaching Hospital (UMTH) School of Post Basic Nursing peri-operative nursing for the 2022/2023 academic session is now on sale at the actual sum of five thousand nairas (#5000).

Application procedures:

Interested candidates should make payment for the admission form into the UMTH Schools Account via the Remita platform.

Evidence of payment should be submitted to the school cashier. Then the candidate must obtain the hospital receipt and proceed to collect the application form.

The application forms should be returned to the UMTH Coordinator’s/Principal’s office after being filled accompanied with:

1. Two white background passport photographs. Note, that it must be a recent passport photograph.
2. Photocopies of all documents as required by the UMTH admission officer
3. State of origin or local government origin certificate, declaration of age, or birth certificate.

The date for the exam will be communicated later.
