Kuwait’s educational system is constantly being improved, and the ministry of education is making every effort to integrate more women.

Currently, tertiary institutions house about 25% of their population. They have 10 universities, of which 2 are private and 8 are state-run.

Arabic is the official language of education and communication. Over 17,000 foreign students are currently taking advantage of the high quality of education.

After graduation, Americans can look for jobs in any sector or office, while international students must first obtain a work visa before they can start looking for employment.

On-campus employment and health care students who may participate in an unpaid practicum or internship are the only exceptions.
