List of Universities in Greece
Greece is most known for its mathematicians and philosophers, as well as for the Olympic Games and the birthplace of democracy. Higher education is provided by 10 private institutions and 46 state ones.
Greece has a 28.9% university graduation rate and a 5 percent or so international student population. While international students from outside the EU are required to partially fund their study space at universities, EU students are exempt from paying any fees.
Since these costs are so reasonable, many overseas students are still able to enroll in higher education programs in France. Along with several organizations, the Greek government also provides a small number of grants to help pay for international students’ travel expenses.
