Investment Banking Research Analyst Jobs in Nigeria

Sound understanding of the Nigerian capital market with a minimum of 2 years cognate experience in equities research.

Write and publish quarterly and year-end market reports, macro-economic analysis.

Compile Advisory reports and make informed recommendations on new investment opportunities and funds that could enhance or diversify portfolios.

Must be able to disseminate market information and investment ideas to the sales team to enable generate trades on a daily basis.

Assist in the compil ation and publication of Daily Market Update, Business Headlines, weekly stock recommendation, and publication of Companies results amongst others.

Prepare presentations for all investors and participate in all sales meetings.

To maintain confidentiality and observe data protection and associated guidelines where appropriate

A team player, strong work discipline, organized, and willing to learn and impact

knowledge on others.

Required Qualifications

University Degree and a Post-graduate Degree in Accounting, Statistics, Finance, Economics or related field.

2 to 3 years experience in research.
Relevant professional qualification e.g., CIS, CFA, ACA will be an added advantage

Ability to develop financially

models

Excellent knowledge of statistical packages and databases.

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and tools.
