Suitable applicants are requested to apply for admission to the Basic Midwifery Program at the School of Basic Midwifery, Kishi, a Satellite Campus of the Oyo State College of Nursing and Midwifery, Ibadan.
Candidates will be submitted for the College and the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria (N&MCN) Final Qualifying Examinations to qualify as midwives and be eligible for registration with N&MCN as Registered Midwives once the three-year program begins in March and April 2022. (RM).
A) Candidates must have a WAEC/SSCE/GCE or NECO/SSCE/GCE with at least five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (at no more than two (2) sittings);
B) Only applicants with required credit passes from the same test board at not more than two (2) sittings are eligible to apply. On admittance, he or she must be at least seventeen (17) years old.
All interested candidates should make a ten thousand naira (10,000.00) payment to the College Account Number: 0694966574 at any Access Bank Plc branch.
Similarly, a deposit payment of N200.00 into the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria, Oyo State Chapter Account Number: 2019704292 at any First Bank Nigeria Plc branch;
The candidate will arrive at the College with the Bank Tellers and get the scratch card in order to complete the online admission form at www.oyostatecollegeofnursingandmidwifrey.com.
Candidates should print the completed copy and other details from the website upon successful completion of the online admission application, and candidates should come along with passport photographs on the day of the examination.
