Qatar is an Asian Arab country, with its capital at Doha which is its main city and most populous. This is a government-established community institution, the first of its kind to support higher education at affordable fees for citizens and noncitizens. It is affiliated with the Houston Community College. This is a government-owned subsidiary university, which is an arm of the Stenden University of Applied Sciences, a renowned university in the Netherlands. 5. Texas A&M University
