University Librarian

Applicant should have a decent first degree with at least Second Class Lower Division, Master’s Degree and Ph.D. in Library and Information Science or related fields from a perceived University with somewhere around ten (10) a long time instructing and research insight in a University or equivalent organization of higher learning.
