*2021 BATCH 🅰️ STREAM II* Prospective Corp Members, kindly note that the Medical Certificate of Fitness is a MUST have document for camp registration. You wouldn’t be attended to without this document.

Therefore, every PCM is required to undergo some basic medical tests and present the summary of the results in camp, getting from any *Government, Hospital (Milliary, State, or Federal Hospital). Private Hospitals are now allowed*. This Medical Certificate of Fitness will show if you are fit for camp activities or not.
Below are some basic tests you should undergo;

– Genotype
– Blood group
– Mountox Test
– HbSAg
– HCV
– ECG
– Urinalysis
– HIV I & II
– Cerebrospinal Meningitis
– Chest X-Ray
etc

However, it is not compulsory for your Medical Certificate of Fitness to contain all these listed above, but you must ensure you certifyMEDICAL CERTIFICATE OF FITNESS Medically & Mentally fit/unfit by a medical practitioner or Lab Scientist, well stamped and pen signed
