Central African Republic formerly known as Oubangui Chari before independence in 1960 is a landlocked country in central Africa with its capital at Bangui. It’s among the 10 poorest countries in the world, though with good reserves of natural resources for economic utilization and growth. Diamonds account for 40 – 50% of export, and in April 2022, Bitcoin (BTC) was adopted as a legal tender for transactions in the country.

This is the cheapest university, international and intergovernmental university, which was founded by a governmental organization with headquarters in the Gambia and the Central African Republic, they were first known as an extension of the university of Bangui.
The EUCLID programs were used to train their own staff and approved to form a new international university in April 2008.
They offer various undergraduate courses and degree programs which started in 2015, and also special programs like distance learning which started in 2012.
