1. Higher National Diploma (HND)
2. E.d,M.A, or M.s .c
3. Minimum pass grade of 2^nd class lower division (2/2), 2^nd class upper division (2/1), and a gfirsyclass will be an added advantage.
4. E d, B.A, B.Sc, B. tech.
5. The applicants must have completed their NYSC program or being exempted.
