2. CV
3. License/registration certificate
4. Oath (for those who have it)
5. Degree certificate or statement of result
6. O’level(WAEC, NECO, GCE, etc)
7. First school leaving cert / Primary school Testimonial
8. L. G. A Identification Letter
9. Birth Certificate / Statutory Declaration of Age
10. Recommendation letters
11. Application form (we shall collect and fill for you)
