The management of the University of Calabar Teaching Hospital’s School of Nursing has announced the sale of her admission form for the 2022/2023 academic session, and applications are currently being accepted. The university’s management has stated that admission forms will only be sold to candidates who meet the university’s requirements.
It is quite simple to apply for their form since all you have to do is click on the application link below and apply through the university’s website. Because the form is on their website, you may fill it out and send it right away.
Candidates must have FIVE (5) CREDITS IN ENGLISH LANGUAGE, MATHEMATICS, PHYSICS, CHEMISTRY, AND BIOLOGY from SSCE or NECO in not more than two sittings. Candidates must be between the ages of 17 and 30 by November 2021 to be considered.
TRAINING PERIOD: THREE (3) YEARS.
From Monday, March 29th to Friday, May 14th, 2023, application forms are available at the Office of the Principal, School of Nursing, University of Calabar Teaching Hospital, Moore Road, Calabar (Subject to availability).
A non-refundable charge of N15,000 should be deposited into the EKONDO MICROFINANCE BANK along Muritala Mohammed Highway, Account No. 1100757926, for the UNIVERSITY OF CALABAR TEACHING HOSPITAL COLLECTION ACCOUNT. After that, at the UCTH Treasury, Permanent site, the teller is exchanged for an official receipt.
The official receipt will be handed to the Principal, School of Nursing, UCTH along Moore Road, for the application form to be collected.

Completed Application Forms and photocopies of required documentation must be received in the Principal’s Office by Monday, May 17th, 2023
ENTRANCE EXAMINATION: The Entrance Examination will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday, May 22, 2023, at the School of Nursing Premises, Moore Road, and the UCTH Permanent Site, Calabar.
ORAL INTERVIEW: Successful candidates will be interviewed at the UCTH Permanent Site on a date that will be provided to those who pass the written exam exclusively.
