Suitably qualified applicants are encouraged to apply for admission to the following Nursing Programs at the Obafemi Awolowo University Teaching Hospitals Complex in Ile-Ife:
1. Basic General Nursing
2. Post-Basic General Nursing
3. Post-Basic Midwifery Education
4. Post Basic Perioperative Nursing
The program lasts four years.
WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE with five (5) credits in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology (at no more than two sittings). On admittance, he or she must be at least sixteen (16) years old.

The National Board of Technical Education has approved the OAUTHC Schools of Nursing in Ile Ife and Ilesa to offer National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND) in Nursing.
As a result, applicants are recommended to get a JAMB form and sit for the JAMB Tertiary Institutions Entrance Examination so that successful candidates can regularize their admission with JAMB as soon as they are admitted into the OAUTHC Schools of Nursing.

This program lasts eighteen months.
Applicants must have 5 credits (at no more than two sittings) in English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology from WAEC, SSCE/GCE or NECO, SSCE/GCE.
Be a member of the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
