* Five credits in WAEC, NECO, NABTEB, or a combination of WAEC and NECO in relevant subjects like Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Biology, Physics. Bring the photocopy with you.
* Addressed to the principle, handwritten application letter
* Four passport photos were taken recently.

How to Apply

The sale of application forms for the 2022 academic year will begin on February 15, 2022, at the School of Nursing, Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi.

The form costs ten thousand and two hundred naira (N10,200).

* Make a remittance at the School of Nursing.
* To make a payment, go to any bank.
* After you’ve made your money, go to the school’s website to finish the application process.
* Exchange the teller payment receipt for a hospital receipt at the hospital account department.
* Attach a photocopy of your passport to the original receipt.
* Fill out the Admission form given to you by the school.
* Send the completed admission form to the school of nursing, together with your qualifications.
