School of Basic Midwifery, Wusasa Admission

The management of the School of Basic Midwifery Wusasa has announced the sale of her admission form for the 2022/2023 academic session, and applications are currently being accepted.

The management has declared that only candidates who meet the prerequisites for the School of Midwifery will be able to purchase an admission form.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY

Have five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE/GCE/OL in no more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

HOW DO I FILL OUT THE SOBM WUSASA ADMISSION FORM?

The following must be included with all correctly completed forms:

1. Two (2) photocopies of the purchase receipt for the form
2. ii. A photocopy of any relevant credentials listed on the application form.
3. iii. Your email address and phone number.

DEADLINE FOR SOBM WUSASA ADMISSION FORM

The deadline for submitting admission forms has not yet been announced; in the meantime, you should receive the form as soon as possible to avoid incurring late fees.
