REQUIREMENTS FOR ENTRY

Have five (5) credits in WAEC/NECO/SSCE/GCE/OL in no more than two sittings, including English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

1. Interested candidates should go to the Benue State Ministry of Health and Human Services, which is located at the state secretariat, to obtain the application form.

2. Complete the form and mail it back to the same address.
