School of Basic Midwifery, Kano Admission
For the academic year 2022/2023, the Kano State Ministry of Health has begun selling application forms for admission to the College of Nursing and Midwifery, Kano Basic Midwifery, and Post-Basic Nursing programs.
Admission Requirements
This is Nigeria’s first nursing program, open to all aspiring nurses. This is accomplished through a three-year school curriculum. The student is then given the designation of Registered Nurse.
The prerequisites include an SSCE certificate with a minimum of 5 credits, one of which must be in a science subject (e.g., biology, chemistry, or physics), and English language in no more than two sittings.
The candidate must be between 18 and 35 years of age. before applying
