?Green card (your evidence of registration)
?Original Statement of Result or Certificate endorsed by authorized officer with authentic signature.
? School ID Card *(If you already have your Degree/HND Certificate with you, no need of ID card, NYSC is aware that your ID card has been retrieved from you)* , including travelling Passport for Foreign-trained graduates.
? Medical Doctors, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and Optometrists are to produce evidence of Registration with their Professional Bodies.
? Passport Photograph (10-12 copies is OK) white or off white background
?In addition, each Prospective Corps Member MUST present *Certificate of Fitness from a Government Hospital* showing his/her health status before he/she will be registered and admitted for the Orientation Course. Dm me for it
?To all married women, ensure you go with all the documents you uploaded during your online registrations. *Very Important*
?To all foreign students, ensure you go with all your documents also
