REQUIREMENTS FOR BATCH A STREAM II REGISTRATION IN CAMP

Camp Date: May 18, 2021

The requirements for the registration at the camp by the *2020 BATCH ‘A’* Prospective Corp Members who will be reporting to camp *by May.*

The requirements are as follows:

📍 Original Call-Up Letter ( available soon).

📍Green card (your evidence of registration)

📍Original Statement of Result or Certificate endorsed by authorized officer with authentic signature.

📍 School ID Card *(If you already have your Degree/HND Certificate with you, no need of ID card, NYSC is aware that your ID card has been retrieved from you)* , including travelling Passport for Foreign-trained graduates.

📍 Medical Doctors, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and Optometrists are to produce evidence of Registration with their Professional Bodies.

📍 Passport Photograph (10-12 copies is OK) white or off white background

📍In addition, each Prospective Corps Member MUST present *Certificate of Fitness from a Government Hospital* showing his/her health status before he/she will be registered and admitted for the Orientation Course. Dm me for it

📍To all married women, ensure you go with all the documents you uploaded during your online registrations. *Very Important*

📍To all foreign students, ensure you go with all your documents also

Ensure you make at least 2 photocopies of each of these documents aside from your ID card.
