The requirements for the registration at the camp by the 2021 BATCH ‘A’* Prospective Corp Members who will be reporting to camp March 10th.

_*The requirements are as follows:*_

📍 Original Call-Up Letter

📍Green card _(your evidence of registration)_

📍Original Statement of Result or Certificate endorsed by authorized officer with authentic signature.

📍 School ID Card *(If you already have your Degree/HND Certificate with you, no need for ID card, NYSC is aware that your ID card has been retrieved from you)*, including traveling Passport for Foreign-trained graduates.

📍 Medical Doctors, Pharmacists, Physiotherapists, and Optometrists are to produce evidence of Registration with their Professional Bodies.

📍 Passport Photograph (8 copies is OK) white or off white background

📍In addition, each Prospective Corps Member MUST present *Certificate of Fitness from a Government Hospital* showing his/her health status before he/she will be registered and admitted for the Orientation Course.

🔥 *NOTE:* Your Medical Certificate of Fitness has 3 months validity, But the best Medical Certificate of Fitness must be dated close to whatever you are using it for. DM for more details I can help you with it at an affordable price.
