Remilekun Abdulkalid Safaru professionally and popularly known as “Reminisce” was born on the 26th of January, 1981 in a northern region of Nigeria, Kaduna State. He is a Nigerian Rapper, Singer, and Songwriter. He is from Yewa in Ogun state Nigeria. Reminisce is also called or known to be called by the name “Alaga Ibile”. He is currently married with two beautiful daughters.

Reminisce had ever since he was little loved to be a successful rapper and so he started to develop himself by listening to some known rappers and imitating them. His music career had a boost when he released his first studio song titled ” Ever since” in 2006. He got recognition from artists like Olamide Badoo, 9ice, Lord of Ajasa and Jah bless.

Then in 2008, he was back in the cart when he performed a verse in 9ice’s song titled “Bachelor’s life”, a hit track in the album titled “G ongo Aso”. He went on to release several songs which were a hit and even worked with notable stars within the industry. He also stressed a leg into the movie industry as he was seen acting as “Makanaki” in the popular Nigerian Movie titled king of boys.
