Requirements for NNPC recruitment

Applicants applying for the NNPC Recruitment must possess any of the following;

1. Five (5) credit grades in WASC/GCE/SSCE including Maths, English and 3 other relevant subjects obtained in one sitting.
2. ND, NCE, HND Bachelor’s Degree (BSC) minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) in any of the science disciplines listed below.
3. NYSC Discharge Certificate.
4. Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)

Graduate trainee;

 Applicants for this category should :

Not be more than 28 years of age as at this year of application.

Must have graduated not earlier than 2014

Possesses a Bachelors Degree in either of the following categories:

1. First Class,
2. Second Class upper,
3. Second Class lower With Masters Degree

OR

• HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.

Must have completed NYSC (has an NYSC discharge certificate) or possess NYSC exemption certificate as at when he or she is applying.

Experienced Hires;

”Experienced Hires fall under either the Senior Officer/ Supervisory cadre or Managerial cadre

Not be more than 34 and 37 years of age respectively as at December 31st, 2018.

Possess a Bachelors Degree in either of the following categories:

3. Second Class lower With Masters Degree

OR

• HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.

Applicants for this category must possess minimum of 6 and 9 years’ relevant experience respectively.

Must have completed NYSC (has an NYSC discharge certificate) or possess NYSC exemption certificate as at when he or she is applying.

Managerial cadre

Applicants for this category should:

Not be more than 45 years of age as at December 31st, 2018.

Possess a Bachelors Degree in either of the following categories:

1. First Class,
2. Second Class upper,
3. Second Class lower With Masters Degree

OR

• HND (minimum of Upper Credit) with Masters Degree in designated disciplines.

Have a minimum of 18 – 20 years’ relevant experience with, at least 3 – 5 years at managerial/leadership level in an organisation of comparative size(an organization as prominent as NNPC).
