Simply dial * 894*00# on your phone to check your account balance. If there is no network problem, you should receive your account balance on your phone.

You must dial the code from your registered phone number to check the balance of your First Bank account. This service is also only available to FirstBank account users who have a mobile phone with one of the following networks: Airtel, 9mobile, Glo, or MTN.

You will receive an SMS with your account balance (message from the bank). This is not a free service.
