To be admitted to any of the schools of midwifery, a candidate must be a registered nurse and complete all institutional requirements.

The study will last one (1) calendar year.
Registered Midwife is a title that has been granted to a woman who has completed the (RM).

3. POST BASIC PSYCHIATRIC NURSING PROGRAMME

To be admitted to one of the eight (8) schools of mental nursing, a candidate must be a registered nurse and complete all institutional requirements.

The study will last one (1) calendar year.
Registered Psychiatric Nurse is a title that has been earned (RPN).

4. BACHELOR OF NURSING SCIENCE DEGREE PROGRAMME (B. N.SC)

Candidate must have five credit level passes in WASSCE/SSCE or its equivalent in not more than two sittings to be considered. English Language, Chemistry, Biology, Physics, and Mathematics are required subjects. Candidates must also meet all of the conditions set forth by the institution.

Five (5) calendar years of education, including a one-year internship in a recognized healthcare institution.

Registered Nurse (RN), Registered Midwife (RM), Registered Public Health Nurse (RPHN), and Registered Psychiatric Nurse (RPN) registrations have all been gained (RPN).
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is an academic qualification (B.N.sc)
