David Adedeji Adeleke, popularly known as “Davido” was born on November 21, 1992. He was born into the family of Adedeji and Vero Adeleke in Atlanta, Georgia. He was born in Atlanta but raised in Lagos, Nigeria. He got his first degree at Babcock University after dropping out of Oakwood University.
It was said that his interest in music started when he was at Oakwood University where he bought some musical instruments and started working on them till they affected his grades and he dropped out.
In 2011, Davido became popular after his released song “Ema Dami Duro” became a hit. And since t he time of this song he had released several other songs.
With endorsement projects and successful deals like the 30 million nairas from MTN and 50 million from close-up his net worth was roughly calculated to be 40 million dollars.
