Candidates must have at least five O’level WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB passes, with English and mathematics being the two required courses and three others pertinent to the program of study.
The candidate must choose Bayero University Kano (BUK) as their first choice of institution during the JAMB UTME and achieve the JAMB cut-off score for BUK before moving on to write the Bayero University Post-UTME and achieve the departmental cut-off score.
For direct entry
Candidates must have at least five O’level WAEC/NECO/GCE/NABTEB passes, with the English Language being a requirement for every course and Mathematics being necessary for scientific and social science programs, in addition to other pertinent subjects, to reach the minimum requirement of five.
OND certification with merit, NCE, IJMB with at least 8 points, GCE ‘A’ Level (3 credits), and HND (Pass) are requirements for the position.
A-Level holders who want to apply must submit their credentials for evaluation.
