• Ingredients: Yam, smoked mackerel/titus fish, onions, eggs, breadcrumbs, thyme, salt, oil.
• Preparation:
1. Peel, boil, and mash yam; flake smoked fish (remove bones).
2. Mix yam, fish, chopped onions, thyme, salt, and beaten egg; form into small round balls or cylinders.
3. Roll in breadcrumbs and deep-fry until crispy and golden.
• Serving: Place in paper liners or small cups; garnish with spring onions.
