Admission Requirements For Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE)
Prospective Federal University of Petroleum Resources Effurun (FUPRE) Candidates should meet the requirements below.
The candidate must have completed elementary school, a valid FSLC certificate, a secondary school diploma or equivalent, and a minimum of 5 credit passes (including English Language and Mathematics) from the WAEC or NECO, taken in no more than two sittings.
The minimum score required by the Joint Admission and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is 170.
For Direct Entry
The student must have a valid IJMB certificate to be eligible for direct entry admission.
A student must possess an ND or NCE certificate to be eligible for direct entry admission.
A student must have a grade point average of 3.0 or an upper credit to be eligible for admission if they apply with an ND or NCE certificate.
Students must also get the school’s direct entry form, which may be obtained either from the JAMB registration website or the institution itself.
SCHOOL FEES
The Federal University of Petroleum Resources in Effurun now charges new students N120,000 in tuition and returning students N57,050. Each department’s costs are different. Additionally, the costs for FUPRE Part-time, Postgraduates, Direct Entry, and Freshers vary from one another in terms of quantities.

ACCOMMODATION IN A HOSTEL
Both undergraduate and graduate students now have access to hostel accommodations. Each student must pay 30,000 naira for housing in a hostel. First come, first served is the rule in most cases.
